SPGM: Simple Picture Gallery Manager is a PHP script that displays picture galleries on the web. It is intended to provide a very simple way to set up online photo albums: creating directories, filling them with pictures and uploading to your website... I am currently using this to create the simple slideshow on the index page.

Feedburner is an RSS and Atom aggregator service. They also let people subscribe by email to my feed, if they don't use a feed reader. They have alot of options for optimization, customization, and add-ons, and it's free!

Blogger is one of the oldest and best free blog services. Their templates are fully customizable to integrate into websites, and have a lot of options.
